Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital downloads are neither goods nor services.

 

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed as "used" after download or opening. Therefore, all purchases made on www.fionataylor.com are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Since the digital products purchased here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

 

All the courses and material used in my courses have been used in various organisations over a number of years and have been revised and updated for this website. There can be no refunds given once courses have been downloaded and / or accessed. Once purchased you have lifetime access to the course (s) and the respective resources.

 

If your digital download is faulty, you have the right to have your digital download replaced. To start this process, you can contact me at fiona.taylor4@btinternet.com.  If approved, you will automatically be sent a replacement via email.
